Initial Behavior Assessment

Service Description

The initial assessment in order to create a comprehensive plan of care. In addition to discussing your child's learning history and problematic behaviors the Behavior Analyst will conduct an observation of your child in the natural environment as well as conduct behavior assessments such as VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLSS, and AFLS. The Behavior Analyst will then compile all data and create a plan including skill based interventions and behavior intervention plan. Afterwards, we will reconvene and discuss the plan as well as any questions you may have. Once all parties are satisfied with the plan, we will finalize the plan for submission to insurance as necessary.
